We take pride in establishing GMSquare LTD, a London-based company dedicated to providing project management and construction services to clients and associates, with the primary aim of helping them navigate the challenges that can lead to stressful situations in the construction industry.
At GMSquare, our passion lies in architecture and engineering, and we’re dedicated to turning our client’s aspirations into reality. As client-oriented managers, we pay the utmost attention to finishes and have a keen eye for detail, while always striving to establish the best cost-quality relationship.
With over 20 years of experience leading ADGD Gonzalez Diquez & Associates in Venezuela, we have the confidence to say that we’ve been successful, and now we’re bringing that same expertise to the UK while continuing our operations in Venezuela.
What do we want and what do we do?
We strive to empower our clients to express and execute their ideas at every stage of the project and construction process, and we’re committed to providing them with a supportive and enjoyable experience. We understand that new ideas in construction can be stressful, which is why we take on the responsibility of coordinating all stages and processes from the client’s perspective and proactively avoiding any potential issues.
Alejandro Gonzalez Mijares
CIVIL Engineer
London Associate
Born in Caracas in October 1961, Alejandro graduated as a Civil Engineer (Structural Engineer) from the Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas in 1986. In the same year, Alejandro joined as an associate in Daniel Mijares’s Structural Design firm, eventually becoming a partner in 1989.
In 1997, he joined the Promociones DGR-MD group to promote and develop housing projects in Caracas.
In 1998, he founded Alyalca, a management construction firm that paved the way for ADGD Delgado, Gonzalez & Diquez. In 2007, the firm became Gonzalez Diquez & Associates, where Alejandro served as the Principal in charge of construction and construction management.
Oscar Diquez
Architect
Venezuelan associate
Born in Caracas in May 1956, Oscar graduated from Universidad Simon Bolivar with a degree in Architecture in 1980. He then went on to complete a Master’s degree in the same field at Berkeley University in California between 1981 and 1982. In 1983, he became a partner at Diquez, González y Rivas firm. From 1984 to 2002, he worked as the leading architect on some of the firm’s most important projects, including Caurimare Tepui, the extension of the Tamanaco Hotel, and the Corporate Headquarters for Procter & Gamble.
In 1987, Promociones DGR was established to promote and develop house construction projects in Caracas. In 2002, he established ADGD – Delgado, González y Diquez, where he has been practising ever since
